Holiday on the Square Spotlight: Check out our Tasty Food and Drink Vendors

Sunday, November 30, 2014
Do you get hungry when you shop? After you've checked everyone off your holiday list, don’t forget to grab a meal and some delicious sweets, treats and festive beverages.  Jim & Kim's Catering will be on hand with a full menu of delicious food like Butternut Squash Soup, Pulled Pork and Chicken Speedie Sandwiches in our café area.

The Sweet Lush Cupcakery Camper will be all set up and ready to serve all your gourmet cupcake and coffee needs (and who doesn't need a gourmet cupcake?).

III Ponds Winery is back with their delicious wines with fun names like Goodnight Irene, Foxy Lady and Blue Heron. Pick up a few bottles for gifts or as a treat for yourself.

Stadt House Bakery will be serving a tempting variety of cake slices, cookies, fudge brownies, coffee crumb cakes, scones, nut roll, German Stollen, chocolate pound cake, Irish soda bread and cinnamon buns.  Perfect to eat on the spot or take home for the holidays.

The adorable Freckle Face Fudge makes delicious fudge with crazy flavors like Girl Scout Cookie (Dark Chocolate Mint w/ Mint Oreos), Apple Bacon, and Pumpkin Pie.   With over 50 flavors, there is something for everyone.

If you've never tried mead, you are missing out on a wonderfully festive beverage.  Made from fermented honey, mead is thought to be the oldest alcoholic beverage in the world. The Colony Meadery from Allentown recently picked up the national “Commercial Mead Maker of the Year” award so we know you'll want to sample some of this delicious honey wine.

If you love to give the gift of food, there will be no shortage of local artisan food products. Newkirk Honey is back again with their local raw honey (our favorite is their Lavender Honey).  Spring Hills Farm will have their wonderful Maple Syrup and Organic Fruit Spreads.  Rynkiewicz Dips and Mixes will have a variety of savory treats including dip and oil mixes like Buffalo Blue and Bacon Horseradish, spicy salsas, pumpkin butter, and pickles.

Can’t wait to see you at Holiday on the Square!
